Basic user training is provided free of charge in UK at commissioning*. Further or more extensive training may be charged for.

We can also arrange user or validation courses in our facilities at Cambridge or Runcorn as well as on client's site - these can be tailored to your own requirements. These courses are supported by Lancer Academy. Lancer also provides a customer support helpline for quick, useful advice over the phone.

In addition the Lancer Academy provides independent training courses to educate managers and users in all aspects of endoscope decontamination.  These courses have no commercial bias and are suitable for healthcare professionals irrespective what make of AER is used. They are accredited by City & Guilds, IDSc and JAG.

*Commissioning of washer dryers, washer disinfectors, AER and other equipment is available free of charge from Lancer by arrangement, after the customer has made full provision to enable the machine to be installed in position and satisfactorily supplied all necessary services alongside. Lancer will provide full details of the required services and can assist with their implementation by arrangement with the customer.
