Delivering high quality and affordable training, the Lancer Academy in UK provides the education, skills and knowledge required from staff involved in decontamination of endoscopes. There are two distinct streams of training courses:
Training from an independent aspect on endoscope decontamination in general … from management and processes to periodic testing and regulatory requirement. There is no commercial bias in these courses - indeed, this is a requirement of the accrediting bodies, City & Guilds and IDSc. The highly acclaimed flagship course for Managers is residential over 2½ days, others are 1 day. Suitable for anyone involved in achieving best practice, including delegates from outside UK.
Training for Lancer and Getinge equipment - Operators and First Line Maintenance - all 1 day

Accredited by City & Guilds and IDSc (Institute of Decontamination Sciences), the courses cover practical and theoretical aspects of education and skills required in best practice endoscope decontamination as well as the requirements of regulations under HTM2030, HTM01 and EN ISO 15883.
