Laboratory Range Options

Recognising that no particular application or cleaning need is exactly the same. Lancer offer a comprehensive choice of options and accessories.

Special machines can be custom-built to deal effectively with specific cleaning problems - this can mean heightening or stretching the chambers, constructing new machines or adding special equipment. Similarly, special racks can be designed for unusual items or particular cleaning applications.

Steam heating	Machines can be specified to make economical use of on-site steam supply to rapidly heat water by steam heat exchanger rather than by electricity
Door locks	Can be standard or key-override. Prevents interference with wash cycle once it is in operation. Obvious security and health & safety
Low level detectors	Provides warning alarms (both visible and audible) by means of float switch sensors when levels are running low in cleaning detergent and additive containers.
Gravity drop drain	Avoids the need to empty used water by pump where fast cycle time is important.
Extra pump for additives	In addition to detergent and acid rinse uptakes a further liquid can be added at any stage in the cycle as suits particular needs, e.g. lubricant, extra anti-foam, extra special detergent.
Steam chimney	To link to on-site ducting thus removing steam and heat from the immediate area.
Plinth	Allows certain models to be raised to a height which may be more convenient. Made in high quality matching stainless steel with useful storage cupboard for cleaning chemicals.
Transfer trolley	Specially made in matching stainless steel to enable loaded racks from the larger machines to be easily removed for transfer to either separate dryers or to the laboratory for subsequent use.
Thermocouple entry ports	Enables independent monitoring/verification of temperature in the wash chamber. Normally part of a validation process in critical washing procedures.
Validation	Independent monitoring/verification system providing hard copy evidence that all procedures in the wash/dry cycle performed correctly. Options range from built-in chart recorder, computer interface to validation monitor.
Custom-built machines	Existing models can be specially heightend or streched to provide alarger chamber for unusual applications. Machines can also be designed and built to specific customers requirements.
Custom-built racks	Existing racks and baskets can be modified or special ones made to support unusual items of glassware and equipment in order to clean and handle them with maximum effectiveness.
