Commissioning of washing machines is available free of charge from Lancer by arrangement after the customer has made full provision to enable the machine to be installed in position and satisfactorily supplied all necessary services alongside. Lancer will provide full details of the required services and can assist with their implementation by arrangement with the customer.

Basic user training is provided free of charge in UK at commissioning. Further or more extensive training may be charged for. We can also arrange user or validation courses in our facilities at Cambridge or Runcorn as well as on client's site - these can be tailored to your own requirements. Lancer's Technical Support currently employs some 20 highly-trained engineers who are strategically located nationwide allowing Lancer to offer convenient and expert installation and training as well as the very best service response times currently available in the UK. Lancer also provides a customer support helpline for quick, useful advice over the phone.
