Hospitalia Range

Designed for Traceability

Traceability of Cycles:
Validation of Cycles:
With its integral impact printer, the HOSPITALIA range provides an indelible trace of the washing and disinfection cycles performed.

The information on the printed ticket verifies the successful completion of the cycle or reports any possible malfunctions.

You can also:
• integrate the printer tickets on your material-monitoring sheets in order to track all operations performed.
• allow the washer-disinfector to communicate externally, e.g. to create links to centralised instrument tracking and monitoring systems, thanks to the RS-232 port included in all HOSPITALIA washer disinfectors.

The Lancer validation monitor is a microprocessor with independent sensors and clock that holds the authorised variables for each of the program’s critical parameters. It enables the validation of each cycle.

The parameters constantly checked by the validation monitor include:

• washing, disinfection and drying temperature (five independent sensors),
• cycle phase times,
• amount of cleaning products injected in each cycle phase (flow control of the two main dosing pumps by means of flowmeters).

Optionally, other parameters, like the resistivity of the rinsing water (resistivity meter) or hydraulic circuit pressure (pressure sensor) can also be monitored by the validation monitor.

Other Traceability options Available for the HOSPITALIA Range:

The VALITRACE software developed by LANCER allows retrieval of data directly from the microprocessor for one or more washer-disinfectors to a control PC, enabling the creation of a database. It facilitates the connections to other instrument tracking systems or centralised technical management (CTM) systems. In addition, it provides information to help the user in case of washer-disinfector faults or errors.

Graphic Recorders: The HOSPITALIA range can be equipped with an analogical or numeric graphic recorder with 1-6 channels for the independent control of critical parameters during the cycle. These recorders feature a temperature probe as well as between one and five free channels, depending on the model, to record parameters such as hydraulic circuit pressure, conductivity of rinsing water, dosing pump flow rate, etc.
