Port Base System

INSTRUMENTS	• Capable of washing instruments on specifically designed BD baskets (DIN dimension: 485 x 254 x 50 mm). Full accessory reference: PIC. • The clearance between levels is 110 mm. • The V-shaped grill makes it possible to load baskets either front or side. • The grills on levels 2, 4 and 5 are removable to make room for higher instrument baskets or cumbersome objects. • Numerous baskets in varying sizes are available: BD, BD 1/2, BDH, BDL, GCD, etc.
CONTAINERS	• Capable of washing containers and container covers/lids. The maximum size of containers loaded on two levels is 600 x 300 x 270/300 mm. • Complementary accessories or the KITCONT will allow you to make the most of the washer’s capacity: SUPCONT: to tilt the containers and empty all water. RESSUP: to keep handles in the vertical position. SCC: to wash covers/lids.
TRAYS	• Capable of washing all tray sizes thanks to the SSL / SSC accessories, which are interchangeable between the levels. • The number of loaded trays depends on their dimensions.
FOOTWEAR	• Capable of washing and disinfecting surgical clogs and other footwear with the PPS accessory. • The volume of footwear depends on the size of the washer. • This accessory is interchangeable between levels.
RIGID ENDOSCOPIC INSTRUMENTS	• To treat a limited amount of endoscopic surgery instruments, level 2 of the PORT base accessory can be replaced with the SBDB 14 IX PER accessory. • This accessory allows efficient washing-disinfection of hollow or grooved instruments (puncture needles and applicators, etc.), by directly connecting the injectors to the instruments. • The rest of the drawer surface can be used to wash classic instruments or for other endoscopic surgery instruments, with specific baskets (PER, PMC, PPM, etc.).
